Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ultravium (the “Service”), operated by [Company Legal Name](“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
2. The Service
Ultravium is a wellness and fitness application that provides adaptive training and nutrition guidance, healthspan and fitness tracking, and an AI coach, including by integrating data you choose to connect (e.g. WHOOP, Oura) or upload (e.g. InBody, VO₂ max, bloodwork). The Service is a wellness tool only and is not medical advice — see our Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, billing & trial
- The Service offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
- Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — currently $14.99 / month or $109 / year (prices may change with notice).
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. [Insert your refund policy.]
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, disrupt it, access it without authorization, upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or use it to provide medical services to third parties.
6. Your data & content
You retain ownership of the data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate and improve the Service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate coaching). See our Privacy Policy for details. You are responsible for having the right to upload any data you provide.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates third parties (e.g. WHOOP, Oura, Stripe, and our AI provider). Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. All health-related information is general and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
